not on the same scale as you, but our next-door neighbors drink and party from 10:00 to 4:00 every single friday and saturday.  they also smoke weed in the garage and smoke cigarettes inside (and we can smell them because our housing air systems are connected).  We've called the cops numerous times, filing noise complaints, but they just don't intercourse ing care.

My neighbor has the dog with the most annoying bark ever.  Everytime you step outside it barks.  Totally loud.
