My school has a hornet for a mascot. The sport team names are "The Hornets" or "The Honeybees" if it is a girl only team.

Our mascot is a type of bird that is the obvious choice because it sounds a lot like the name of our town. It's specific enough to make me think there aren't many schools with it.
