Need help with a good file converter and a music capture prog

Does anyone know how to convert "Tgdzb2odDrpxTLlc52aLFx7.HtaS4myRLI.a0 %20" type files (that is just the name of the file but it is not a .file I don't think) to MP3s?

And do you know a good web music capture and download program?

Okay... maybe I should explain this better.

I am using download helper but the things has crapped out due to site upgrades. So I tried it on the site purevolume.com and it converts them to files with the end of 20%. These files only work with WMP but only counts as a data file and not a music file so it cannot be converted to MP3 format.

Haha, no worries; just remember that changing filetypes can help with some things (or adding one in, anyway).
