Video problem.

I finished making a video with the help of Windows Movie Maker to enter in a contest. However, they don't take "Windows Movie Maker Project" files, so I published it to make it a WMAV file, which it accepts. However, the memory shot up from 343 KB to 255 MB in this process, and now I'm over the byte limit (100 MB). Is there any way for me to lower this without taking anything out of the video?

(Sorry, I'm not really computer savvy...)

Yes. WAV is MUCH larger that MPEG4.

Download MediaCoder (google it).  It's free and works...unless you're trying to convert mkv's to mp4.  That doesn't work.  But in general MC gets it done.
