I think they means Enhanced Global Warming, otherwise they're not qualified to teach you. Global Warming is the reason we were able to exist at all. It's the reason that for some time we had insects larger than pitbulls. It is natural, but we just make it worse.

I know that Global Warming exists, I understand that we certainly are contributing (seeing as we had an Industrial Revolution ~150 years ago, and China is going through theirs right now), but according to my English teacher, we created global warming, and we're completely annihilating our planet, with no natural occurrence involved.
