No Cloning In Platinum!!!???

So...I tried to clone my Eevee today. Well, guess what? Platinum won't give me my clones. I mean seriously, every time I try to withdrawl it, there is an error and it erases.

I'm pretty sure they fixed it up as best they could for platinum. Which was pretty darn good. :U
