List them. I have more than I'd like to have :(

Advance Wars: Dual Strike - I'm not saying there's anything particularly wrong with the series, but I personally don't like it.
Brain Age 2: The first game was neat. But this one sucked. I barely played it much.
Harvest Moon Island of Happiness: Worst Harvest Moon game I remember playing. Ew at touch controls.
Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: Fun for like, two days.
Pac-Pix: Same as above.
Pokemon Ranger: At least my sister likes it, but I didn't.
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Same as above.
Sonic Chronicles
Spiderman 2: I never expected to like this in the first place, but Gamestop required me to buy two games with a DS near launch (and SM64DS was the only one I wanted)
Zelda: PH: Behind only Zelda II as my least favorite Zelda game.

Edit: Now that the boards are merged, why not add in Wii too.
Wii games I regret having:
Sonic and the Secret Rings: The first Sonic game I actually regretted getting.
Sonic and the Black Knight: At least it was on sale for $20 when I got it. I had false hope that it would actually be decently better than Secret Rings.
Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity: The first one on gamecube was a little fun, but a sequel is definitely too much for a game like this. At least I got this one on sale too.
Wii Music: A gift that I didn't really ask for in the first place. Though I did expect it to at least be worth some decent amount of gameplay, I quickly realized that it was really even worse than I initially expected. The sort of game that definitely needed MotionPlus for somewhat decent motion controls.

X-3

Final Fantasy III and Metroid Prime: Hunters are two games I bought that I disliked.

SkyMyl

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team

I thought it would be an Action RPG with Pokemon in it. This is, so far, the only game I have ever pre-ordered before. Too bad it let me down. It isn't a bad game, but it was a huge letdown for me.

Bomberman

...why do I own this game? It was $10.

Light

Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. It was so unlike the games for the GBA... it bored me.

Oh yeah, and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness. Blue Rescue Team was great. Explorers was lacking in plot, character development, etc. And it was simply more of the same.
Holy crap all my sigs were always poop. Best leave this space alone.

Zero

I have 32 DS games and don't regret buying a single one of them.

Qsmash

Kirby Squeak Squad. It was alright. I finished it on the first day. Kirby games are usually easy but, this one was the easiest. You could mix abilities but the ones you could combine didn't really give you much of a surprise (e.g. Fire+Sword=Fire Sword). Plus they didn't give you much options of which abilities could combine. For example, if you wanted to combine the Ninja ability and the Laser ability, you wouldn't become a cyborg ninja. Instead, you would just get a random ability or item. Besides the ability mixing, nothing really stood out from this game and other Kirby games.

Java

Brain Age 2: There's nothing wrong with the game, but I barely play it.

GreatGonzales106

The only DS game I ever bought and didn't like was PMD: Blue Rescue Team.

Magnum

Lunar Knights.

I actually thought it was going to be a good game but it wasn't what I was expecting.
It wasn't all bad but I really didn't want it.

Oh Vesperia, never change... never change

Neerb

Wario Master of Disguise
Advance Wars Dual Strike (the first one; i don't know if that's the real name)
Spider-Man 2
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue Team

Also, a couple special cases:  Zoo Tycoon and Mario & Luigi:  Partners in Time were games I did enjoy, but I sold Zoo Tycoon because the portability didn't make up for everything is lost compared to the computer game (which I still have), and Mario & Luigi my cousin really liked, and I had gotten kinda bored with it (never beat it), so I traded it to him.  Of course, what I got in return was Wario:  Master of Disguise, and that game got old even faster.

HTA!

Eh...
None of them really.

Some have fallen by the wayside though.

Yeah i beat mario vs. donkey kong and then the level creator got old. I didn't really like FFIII, i don't know why. Bomberman ds is one of the coolest games i own, the single player i haven't touched but 8 player download play is very fun, didn't regret buying it. Star fox command just sucked. Nintendogs i got a whie ago and thought was cool now i hate it don't want anything to do with it. Both asphalt games, racing gets old. 2006 fifa world cup, when did i get this game? Yeah it's horrible and says download play on the back but it isn't.

Doodle

Rayman Raving Rabbids - Got old.
WarioWare: Snapped - Hard to sense me, and kind of boring after a playthrough or two.
YEAH

Tupin

Cake Mania- Can't believe I bought this in the first place, I sold it back to Gamestop for $10.

Deep Labyrinth- Boring dungeon crawler that makes no sense.

The Sims 2 DS- Nothing like The Sims 2 or even Urbz, you ran a hotel. Sold it.

Lost in Blue- More needy characters than the original Sims, progress takes forever. They made three sequels to this? Sold it.

I also lost my box to Sims: Urbz in the City, which is still one of my favorite DS games, even though I beat it and have all the best stuff.

Tuppy frightens me with his knowledge of legacy technology.

Lotos

A second Nintendogs game, Brain Age 2, Sonic Rush
