Another topic about my name - Macbeth.

After Doodle's Star Fox mixup on the planet Macbeth, I should clarify that contrary to my sig, my name isn't reference to the play, but instead my favorite gaming level. We are a largely gaming forum, after all. It's a fun boss fight. It is a nice side effect that my favorite literary character, a king possessed and tormented, shares the name.

However, I ask the question - what does your name mean? What inspired it? And why are Light and I the only literary characters? :|

I don't remember,  I thought it was original or something.

Light came from LightningSword, my Oldsider name. That name came from me being bored and putting two nouns together.

My current name, Javert, is taken from the character's name in Victor Hugo's novel Les Miserables. I took his name over Jean Valjean (the main character) because I think Javert is more interesting, as he is seen mainly as the villain. I simply see him as a person firmly convinced that his views are always correct, and that the law is above all else.

Back on Oldsider, I was feeling unoriginal and decided to try and use MasterLink as my name. (Guess how many people had it?) So, seeing as how I'm young and Young Link is my favorite Zelda character, I decided to use MasterYoungLink, which I've started using for everything else.

My current name, SkyMyl, comes from another name I thought of (Skybreaker) and MasterYoungLink.

I'm sorry, I get Titania and Macbeth mixed up all the time. >_<

I needed a screen name for AIM, since my old one(TREVSTAR9000) sucked.
So, I doodled a lot. I was a boy. And 99 was a number that fit well with Doodleboy.
Add some capitalization in the first word, and you get DOODLEboy99.

Doodle is just a shorter version, of course.

Let's see...

My current one is Kilroy the Not-Spy. Any time I use something TF2-related, it's probably my name in TF2 for that class. Actually, I should probably change it, because my name for Spy now is "Kilroy has a cheap suit".

Let's go back to my original AOL screen name, which was Ultralord0627. My mom picked it for me, Ultralord is from The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, and 06/27 is my birthday.

Then, when I found nick.com's forums, I signed up as vgfreakmb. vg = video game, freak = freak, mb = my initials.

After that, I had "the glitch", because I thought performing glitches made you cool on GameFAQS or something, AND because I thought vgfreak would be too generic.

Then, I was like "intercourse  that's a stupid name", and begged for one of the cool mods on Usurper to change it to cannotcompute, because I thought that was awesome (which it is >:()

I found oldsider, signed up as DOOMFREAK12, but couldn't figure out how to sign in. That was just a weird thing I came up with. Later, I signed up as CANNOTCOMPUTE. Hung around there for a year, got permabanned because Nintendo somehow found out I was under 13 (I still have no idea how they found out to this day), then re-signed up as CANNOTCOMPUTE0. Got to Tingle, Oldisder closed.

Then, I came here as CANNOTCOMPUTE0. I remember listening to Mr. Roboto ~ Styx one day, and I was like "hot darn, Kilroy is a cool name". I told silver to change my name to Kilroy, and he did. <3

Got banned from here (21.1 GIGS LOLOLOLO), signed up a few months later as Olimar, stuck at the Smash boards for a month, with Riosan suspecting me of being me, but no one believing him (olol). Got my name changed to Byte not too long after. Then, I joined chat via Pidgin. Hostname was Kilroy, I came out as being Kilroy, everyone was like "holy crap you're not annoying anymore it's a miracle".

Then, Silver allows us to change our names at will. I change it back to Kilroy, and bam, here we are.













THEN, HE USED HIS FIGHT MONEY TO BUY TWO EVERY ANIMAL ON EARTH. THEN, HE HERDED THEM ONTO A BOAT AND BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM.

It was a motto of sorts for something we had at church. Although this was my second choice for a screen name on the original nsider because when I signed up I didn't know that your forum name was seperate from your login name. But I'm happier with this name anyway.
