I can't stop watching this show. Anyone else watching it? I specifically like how they compare how major cities will be destroyed/abandoned to places that already are.

They just ended the first season, I hope they do more.

I watch it, it is in interesting but kinda depressing, did they ever say what will happen to Pioneer 10 and 11 and to Voyager 1 and 2?

Yeah, they said that they would continue through space, continually being hit by meteorites. The collisions would render the golden records and the engravings on the ship unreadable/unplayable to any intelligent extraterrestrial species.

The Immortality Drive was also mentioned, it's aboard the ISS and has a record of some of the worlds most influential people, such as Stephen Colbert. It would crash to Earth within a decade and burn up in the atmosphere.

According to the newest episode, all forms of lice would die out within two days of life after people.

But yeah, the last remnants of mankind that could be discovered by a future species would be Mount Rushmore, The Great Wall, A Confederate memorial in Alabama carved in stone, the gold in the Federal Reserve in New York, and our plastics. But really, the best kept symbols of man will be the stuff we left on the moon.
