So, Michael Jackson is no longer with us. But we will always remember the mark he left on the recording industry, and on the game industry as well.

Michael Jackson's Moonwalker was a Genesis exclusive based on the arcade game of the same name, which was based on the movie of the same name. The gameplay is hard to describe, but it's pretty fun, even if it's not particularly hard.

The game itself had a pretty short run of cartridges, and I bought my copy complete with manual in perfect condition for about $20 last year. Now, prices on eBay are up to $200. Just check out this auction: http://cgi.ebay.ca/MICHAEL-JACKSONS-MOONWALKER-GENESIS-THRILLER-ALBUM_W0QQitemZ110407470294QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMusic_on_Vinyl?hash=item19b4cc4cd6&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=65%3A12|66%3A2|39%3A1|72%3A1215|240%3A1318|301%3A1|293%3A1|294%3A50

The game is worth like $20. $2000 for it is absolutely ridiculous. So yeah, I doubt most of you will be able to play this game on an actual Genesis for a few months, so just try it in an emulator. It's great.

Sell it.
No.

Prices are going to fall back to normal in like a month anyway.

Why not. Are you keeping it for memory? Or are you going to sell it later? Or are you keeping it just to keep it?

Yesterday, sort of. I was on the verge of crying. Why? I got into an argument with a couple other people from #nsider and it got me really upset. I didn't really cry much though

Dude, it's worth so much money, and you even said that they will fall back to normal soon, so:
Step 1: Sell your copy for $200+
Step 2: Buy one in a month for $30
Step 3: ???
sTEP 4: PROFIT!!!!!

I'm playing it on an emulator.  I'm creating savestates for the Fusion 3.51.  I'll upload to RS if you want...

The Riddler

Tupin, if you don't sell it now and buy it again in a month when it's cheaper, you're a darned fool.
