Side Dishes

Whenever you go to a restaurant for dinner, most of the time you get a choice of one or two "sides" or side orders with a meal. Which do you usually get?

For me, it depends on the entree itself. If it's a sandwich, I like fries. If it's something meatier, then I'll take a sweet potato, or mashed potatoes.

Oh yeah, and when I eat lunch at home, I love potato salad.

I almost always eat chicken fingers so I always get fries or onion rings... with honey mustard :3

I usually have fries or mashed potatoes. I'll occasionally get corn on the cob if the meal calls for it though.

I hate side dishes. I'll have fries with my sandwich at a restaurant, but other than that nothing. I get full enough on the darn bread, all I want is my main course. No appetizers, please. No more bread, stop bringing it. I just want my dinner.

It depends where, but when on the menu, I usually get calamari, fries, taters, or mac n cheese

I usually order some sort of burger so fries are the usual choice as well...

At a restaurant, I usually get fries or mozzarella sticks.

At KFC or Popeyes, I usually get mashed potatoes and coleslaw.

At home, I grab some chips.

With a sandwich I'll get chips. If it's a hamburger or fried food I get fries.
At Cracker Barrel I get Mash potatoes, breaded fried okra (awesome), and mac 'n cheese (you never get too old for it).

French fries at a fast food or similar kind of joint.

Salad with no dressing at Olive Garden, or any place that only offers soup/salad as a side.
