This thread may come a little late for a few people here and possibly a reminder to others who may be running behind.

What books do/did you have to read for Summer Reading this year?

I have to read:

AP Language/Composition
The Great Gatsby - F. Scott Fitzgerald
A Streetcar Named Desire - Tennessee Williams
Their Eyes Were Watching God - Zora Neale Hurston

AP US History
Don't Know Much About American History - Kenneth C. Davis

Lotos

Gatsby is a good book.  I have to read A Farewell to Arms.

Captain Justice

Great Gatsby and Eyes Were Watching God both suck badly.

Yesterday, sort of. I was on the verge of crying. Why? I got into an argument with a couple other people from #nsider and it got me really upset. I didn't really cry much though

My teacher made us check out the books in the school library but she'd show us the movie and not bother with the books after that.

Anarchy_Jas

Aaah the days of AP US History... Get the intercourse  out of that class while you can! It's MINDRAPE! Didn't have to read anything over the summer for it though.

AP English 12: We have to pick a book from a list then write five journals on it. I read The Piano Lesson... but those journals will probably be done next week sometime... I think. >.>;

The Great Gatsby wasn't bad. But man, that Daisy was a ninny, and Gatsby dies.

"I know they hope I fall, but tell 'em winning is my muthaeffin protocol."

Syncopathic

I have to read Revolutionary Mothers for AP US History. D:

Super

I don't read when I don't have to.

Kurt Vonnegut is BA, just to let you know. Water gets three hundred points for knowing this.
