I've actually heard of companies who flip the screens in animes so it looks like they are driving on the right side. :-X Also, now that Noishe isn't on, I'll let this VGcats comic speak for itself.

As far as dubbing goes, if the company does a good job at it, then I'll watch it. Usually anything by ADV, Funimation, or Viz is acceptable.

This isn't NSider, Noishe, we have more freedom here.

And also, I prefer that no anime is dubbed at all. You should watch them as they are intended to be watched, in Japanese with English subtitles.
