Also, I like the cards, but the rare candy should elaborate to say that you don't earn a kill, it just evolves the Pokemon.

counts for a kill on the character you use it on.  in otherwords, levels up all of the level 1 pokemon.

Exactly this, it actually said something even more confusing at first, but KJ edited to this.
In case you didn't know, the Rare Candy doesn't add to your kill count, just helps evolve Pok?mon.

He won the coin flip and decided to go first.
He played Resetii and ended.
Then he disappeared, so do I win?
I played Arwing with Hammer and attacked Resetii
He played Samus and freezied my Arwing (I didn't know he had that ;_;)
I played ZSS with Star Rod and killed his Resetii 1-0
He played Zelda, used hammer on Samus, and killed ZSS with Samus. 1-1
I played Mario, freezied Samus, and attacked Zelda with Mario
Arwing is unfrozen.
He played Mario, put a star on Mario, he killed my Mario with his Mario and Zelda.
I kill Zelda with Arwing. 2-2
He put a cape on Mario and attacked My Arwing.
Samus is unfrozen
I played Squirtle and attacked Samus with Squirtle and Arwing.
He killed my Arwing with his Samus and Caped Mario. 2-3

He plays Samus and attacks Epona.
