I have unlimited texting. I got it because I was texting numbers that weren't Verizon so often that my dad was getting extremely mad so he got me some plan that I get unlimited to any phone nationally. I don't know if I can text to Canada, but I can text anywhere in the USA, which doesn't really help me on cruises, but whatever.

I don't like talking on the phone, unless it's at night when I'm in bed. Because I can get bored and want to move on to doing other things, but this person is still talking to me. Texting is way better because I can do two things at once, and yet still sound engaged to that other person. Plus it's much easier to send photos via phone. Personally, I like it better than chat. Chat involves needing to stay in one place, and I hate staying in one place. That's why texting kicks ass.

Also, I text with my keyboard. Much faster and beats T9's ass.
