So, I got a cramp from DDR, I'm out of shape, any tricks to get rid of cramps?

I get cramps from my period sometimes. The way I handle it is by yelling loudly that I'm not in pain. It goes kinda like, "THIS DOESN'T HURT AT ALL. I'M FUCKING FINE. I FEEL GREAT, YEAH. I'M FINE I'M FINE I'M FINE I'M FINE I'M FINE..." But I only do that if I'm alone. My other way to deal with pain is to ignore it.

I think I'm in worse shape. I get cramps in the middle of the night. D: You need to stretch your leg when it cramps by pulling back on your foot. Or....if you can't reach your foot, the next best thing is to go. sssssss...aaaaaah...ssssssss...aaaaah and repeat until the pain is gone.

The only cramps I ever get are random ones in my left foot, right in the arch.

I don't even know why.

I just keep moving my foot around. It goes away pretty fast.

Kay..I'v never gotten a cramp from intercourse...never got one from masturbation...Jaw has never cramped from eating a girl out...but only done that once so can't say that to much..

But randomly when i'm sleeping i'll get one in my leg, it hurts like hell and I stand up very very quickly and put pressure on the leg that is cramping and it goes away in a moment or two.
