Tell us your favorite video game character and explain why. It's that simple.

For me, I have to say Lucario. I personally think he has this kind of mysterious nature, or probably because I think he's cool.

1. This is my favorite game...
2. He actually had deep character development. It takes good amounts of that for me to turn from hating the character to being emotionally tied to them.
3. Good turn on a main character. Not the same 3 kinds of heroes. Not a kick-ass guy, not a emo silent guy, and not bat-crazy. He's selfish and grows as the story progress'.

I have a few I love.

Wolf: The big bad wolf is one badass antagonist in the Star Fox Universe. Is he good? Is he bad? No one knows. But what we do know is that he is an odd sense of justice, and is incredibly hardcore. His performances in both 64 and Assault were top notch.

Russell Lightbrad: My icon character - he is the second last boss of Lost Magic (and one of the toughest), and the characters father. He is so powerful that he only pretends to fall under the Diva's abilities, and uses his own to protect as many people as he can. With a mantre like the Bishop of the White Night, he is godlike.

Sneasel: Best. Pokémon. Ever. Mainly his aesthetic, but also because the dark type really spoke to me in Gen II (I mean, an actual way to beat the psychics, wooooo). Before my favorite type was Ice, so with a new favorite, the mix just seemed natural. And of course, watching "Beat Up" in Pokémon Stadium 2 was amazing.

Merco: Again, second last boss of a game, and again, the toughest. In fact, his similarities to Russell are striking. For those that don't know, he is the bird warrior from Mischief Makers - a chivalrous knight whose intents were to actually defeat the primary evil in their universe. Plus, he has a lance and a giant mech. Cool.

We'll stick with those. Also in the running would be Diddy Kong, Munchlax, Fawful (my icon on 8C), Leonard (Lost Magic), Fox, Mewtwo, Jack (MadWorld), Lunar (Mischief Makers), Stafy, Saki (Sin and Punishment), and James (Star Fox).

My favorite character is Birdie, the scarecrow from Conker's Bad Fur Day.

He is the definition of badass motherintercourse er.
