Just change cursing to potty language, violence to water guns, nudity to bathing suits, and edit out the sex.
Also, give all the characters horrible voices and completely change the point of the show. Can't forget that.

The violence to water guns part won't work.  One of the main themes of the show is that Dokuro-chan beats the crap out of the main character, Sakura, repeatedly each episode using her magical spikey bat Excalibolg, which causes massive amounts of blood to go all over the place.  More than once the blood has filled an entire body of water.

Changing blood to sweat would work.  But if the character were fighting someone vulerable to liquid or something, then yes.  You could do that.
