Every small act of random kindness has it's impact.

Hey, everyone, I challenge you to do something nice for someone today.

Just do it and move on. It'll feel good.

Use this thread to talk about random acts you've done/have had done for you that just made you feel better about yourself, or maybe the world around you.

:)

Lotos

I told a girl which "then" was correct to use if that counts?

I turned to my friend after arguing with him for 5 minutes and said

"Joey you are a very nice person"

He responded with

"I hate you, and then he said your nice thing for the day couldn't be to move out of his seat!"

Which is what we were arguing about.

Ah, one good deed a day keeps my heart intact :D

SkyMyl

That's hard to do when I'm generally kind in real life all the time. D:

Also, I've held doors open for strangers. Lots of doors.

Kayo

Umm... i'm gonna be alone all day. Maybe tomorrow.
I really hate how I've made more than 12,000 posts here. Thankfully this swaying, moving Chandelure makes it all worth it.

Then shouldn't that make it easy?

I found fifty dollars on the beach and gave it back to the person who dropped it. They might have been lying, but I didn't need the money anyway. When I worked at a camp over the Summer I made sure to include the quiet girl in the corner in things (because the other counselors were total dicks). I don't know, if someone needs me to do something for them I'll always do it (I don't like disappointing people because then I feel bad, so...).

And I'll divert the bad attention one of my friends gets from her mom by talking about some stupid thing I did. Sure I get a little beat on for a few minutes, but my friend could use a break. Don't think this counts, though. Things like this is just in the job description of 'friend'.

I don't think I've ever really done anything huge. Or if those things are random acts of kindness.

I've also done lots of random acts of ...evil... so they kind of cancel each other out.
I get obsessively manic over things. It's a problem.

Doodle

This thread is sappy. Needs more selfishness.

Hey, it counts whether it's friend, stranger, enemy, or non-human being. :)

A random kind comment is also good. :)

Or maybe it's a nice change of pace for once.
Selflessness and kindness are too rare lately.

In all reality though, I try to be nice to my stepsister, because my mom seems to irrationally hate her.
*shrug*
