All right, I'm buying it, if it truly comes out today. If only because it's the very reason I never sent my Wii in, even though I can download it on my computer right now.

Not like anything I find interesting is coming out in April, anyway.

I bought the game, and it's amazing. I've never played the PC version, but it's really nice. I like how the weapons are used.

Yes, I'm aware. But much of my delight in games is shared experiences. The fact the dev. was so upfront with, in my opinion, a hard question really impressed me. Plus, I'm a social gamer - I want to be able to discuss shizzit with the rest of ya'll.

Played through a good portion, then I realized, "Oh crap, I accidentally talked to the professor and now I can't save Curly."

So now I've started an alternate file to get the Best Ending.

Fair enough; Though you can still discuss it without having to discuss the new features but the new features are rather topical.

Looks to have a few more tweaks here and there that make it closer on the "Worth it" Scale but I'm not sold myself. Too much on my mind just to even finish.

Um, bad news...

Apparently, there have been reports that the Wiiware version has several bugs, and that the music is sometimes misplaced. I experienced one and my screen froze when I wanted to enter the egg room.

Yeah, I heard the Wii version has bugs in it. What really gets to me is the way the original music loops incorrectly, and how the new music is missing instruments.
Disregard the loud noise the experience makes whenever it hits the floor, regardless of SFX setting...

Nicialis did a horrible job at porting it. It's all intercourse ed up.

Play the PC version for the best game ever.

Well, I was expecting something a little better considering it was going from freeware indie to something I have to pay for on a console.

THIS THIS FUCKING THIS

Nicalis hyped me up for a kickass port of what's widely regarded was the best freeware PC game ever, and they didn't deliver. All they delivered was Cave Story...with better graphics. This game is the reason I never sent my Wii in, and while it's good in its own right, the two years they spent making this didn't show.

Hopefully they'll make things just a little better with a patch. Just a little.
