k guys I have no idea what's going on

My cursor is basically broken.

Explorer (not the browser) does not respond to any clicks, and if I click inside of a focused window, it unfocuses. Clicking again does nothing. I've been browsing using only the keyboard, alt-tabbing, etc.

I'll probably restart in the morning, but in the meantime...
