Harvest Moon: Pepper Town

"Whatever.  I don't want this to be ruined by rocks falling from the sky or people running and yelling,"  Miles said as he tried to ignore the noise the Nik and Dr. Zizmor were making.  "Thanks for bringing me up here, Shaelyn.  I really appreciate it."

[Flying Chickens]

Nik looked over, and saw Dr. Zizmor. "Hi. You haven't seen a rock around here, have you? I was trying out an invention I made on some birds I saw."

[FearItself]

"You're welcome." she replied, not turning to look at him, her eyes fixated on the sunset for a moment.

Shaelyn winced slightly, feeling a sudden sting on the back of her neck. She was sort of used to being pricked and prodded by twigs and plants in the forest, but this felt like something was thrown at her. Shaelyn turned to Miles, wondering if he had felt the same pain, and she saw something surprising: a blush on Miles's face. And, oddly enough, it brought a grin to her face.

"Why are you blushing?" she asked, finding it fun to toy with him. It seemed like she was almost completely ignoring the fact that they had been hit in the back by something simultaneously.

Nik looked over, and saw Dr. Zizmor. "Hi. You haven't seen a rock around here, have you? I was trying out an invention I made on some birds I saw."

"Well...yeah, here's the good news. It works, the bad news is, you hit somebody. But that's beside the subject now. Didn't you work with medicine?"

[Flying Chickens]

"Uhh... Yeah, I did. for five years. Why?"

[Dr.Hobo2]

"Hm...I thought I've seen you from time to time before. Why'd you stop?" Dr.Zizmor asked.

Miles turned to Shaelyn, "huh?! Me?! Blushing?! I'm not! I'm not blushing!" he stuttered as he started to blush even more.  "Well, why are you grinning like that, huh?"

[Flying Chickens]

"I can't stand to see the sick, it depresses me far more then anything else."

[FearItself]

Shaelyn rolled her eyes at Miles's denial. Toying with him was growing more and more amusing by the second. "Not blushing, huh?" she remarked, laughing slightly.

She leaned forward, almost suggesting something along the lines of a kiss, but again, she was toying with him, examining the tint of color on his cheeks. Pulling away and sitting in her previous position, she grinned again, and narrowed her eyes at him. "That looks like a blush to me." she added, trying to steer away from the main reason behind her grinning as she looked at him.

"Well...If that's how you think of it." Said Dr. Zizmor walking away. "Your loss." He said quietly to himself.

OoC: Fear, do you think Shaelyn would be ready for a kiss?  Just like a little peck on her cheek.  BTW, I'm gonna have to go soon, people are starting to show up for my party.

Ooc// I think she'd be ready for a peck, but nothing more for now. Do you think that would bring them up to a yellow heart level, or should they stay at green until the end of the party?
