Who do you think is the most evil Villain in the Final Fantasy series?

Sephiroth, Kefka, and Kuja are usually at the top of the list.
Others like Hojo, who essentially created Sephiroth, are usually noted somewhere.

Discuss.

I will kill anyone that says 'The Emperor'.  :| He really just isn't a good, evil villain.

Personally, I believe in the R = U (Rinoa = Ultimecia) so I would have to say Ultimecia. After all the love and fighting to save her, and everything that happens making her unable to grow at a normal rate, she loses it to the point that she wants to compress time. That is intense.

Oh Vesperia, never change... never change

I'd like to know what evidence there is for this, considering this contradicts everything I've ever known about the game.

All I remember is her getting thrown into a cycle after her defeat because she goes back in time and transfers her powers, which had a domino effect and caused every major plot point in the game.

I got the good ending and that's what I consider cannon, you know, the one where Rinoa and Squall kiss on the balcony and everything is all sunshine and rainbows because Ultimecia is well, dead? So obviously your theory throws me for a loop.

Anyways, I say Kefka simply because of how sinister he is, jesus christ he's nuts. Kuja is a faggot, Seymour is a faggot, and Vayne is a faggot. The Emperor really isn't that great of a villain(oh man dark magic fueled tyranny never saw that coming), Sephiroth is badass but he just wants destruction for a pussified reason, Exdeath is cool but not many details on him, Golbez is badass and would probably be my second choice, Ultimecia is intercourse ing retarded because she caused her own demise, there really wasn't a direct antagonist in FFIII if I remember correctly, and nothing about Chaos is never really explained much, we just know he's a super powerful demon that wants to intercourse  everything over and by god we have to stop it by saving the crystals or else he'll do just that.

Golbez is only evil because he's controlled by Zemus.

FF8 "Good" ending? I didn't know there was more than one ending, probably cause I always got the same one. Fffffff.

Oh snap I forgot about that, scratch that then. Still, he's badass.

Yeah there's a "good" ending, sorry for the spoilers.

and Vayne is a faggot.
You forgot "And Vayne is potentially the worst main final fantasy villain to come out of any FF game ever; He should most likely die in a hole and FUCKING STAY THERE"

Anyways;
1- Pretty boring.
2- Boring.
3- ...one existed?
4- Zeromus/Golbez - Well I kind of find the last minute plot twist annoying even on the DS version but whatever.
5- Exdeath was neat but
the really main and only memorable event he did was turning into a tree...That's gay.
6- Inhumane. Insane. Backstabber. Fucking everything. He even just wants to destroy the world later on near the end
because of there being no "Fun" If no precious lives are lost
7- Sephiroth was...Pretty  awesome. Just such a pussified reason as Zero said for doing stuff.
8- Ultimecia. Sucked. Balls. k i'm done
9- KUJA WAS...Awesome. Just lacked doing a lot and for a long time I thought he was a female.
10- Eh, Seymour was just plain boring. Would've been more antagonizing if Jecht was but whatever. That's kind of hard to with the plot anyways,
11- lol mmo's
12- Vayne sucks complete ass...Do I even need to begin explaining?
13- No.

I'd have to say Golbez/Zemus, Kefka, Sephiroth, and Kuja. But honestly out of those? Kefka takes the motherintercourse ing cake. He just does the most + He doesn't have any stupid reason to. He shows no mercy and doesn't need tons of CG Effect.

Also pet peeve: I hate how most FF villains just go down like that. After Kefka's battle I was like "What the intercourse ? After all that he just crumbles away?"

Thing about Jecht was is that he was still a good guy. He helped Braska defeat Sin ten years earlier and sacrificed himself in doing so while unknowingly becoming the next Sin. Yeah, he was a prick, but he still wanted to be a good father to Tidus. He was just too big of a prick and Tidus was too big of a retard for them to get along, but he was inherently a good guy. Really, if anything, the "final" boss battle of that game isn't Jecht or Yevon it's Seymour. He wanted to become the next Sin to gain all of that power it'd bring and what not, which is why he's considered the main villain I guess.

Well I mean, what do you expect them to do? Besides, doesn't Kefka have a few forms? I remember my battle with him being a relatively long one and if I'm blasting magic and poop at something it BETTER crumble away,  I kind of like the world to not be destroyed. lol

Most FF final boss battles are pretty epic, the way they die in the in-game battle is usually this: screen violently shakes, sprite slowly deteriorates, and theres a loud CGHGHGHCHGCFHHFHHGHCHHCH-like noise. I don' t know I've just grown used to it over the years so...its what I expect and what I like. The same can't be said for Sephiroth's boss battle. Though I recently found out if you max your characters out he becomes significantly harder. I always wanted to try that fight out but I never got around to it. I vowed never to play the original version of the game again after I beat Ruby weapon.

Yeah. That one was fine and FF9's was fine. Most of the rest...Eh...I mean they weren't bad, but it's just so awkward. You spend all these climatic scenes and all this time fighting them and then they just crumble away without a word.

X-3

Didn't the Emperor split into two beings, and then take over Heaven and Hell? Damn.

Kefka seems to leave the most impact on people, though. Gonna have to go with him.

Shujinco2

Kefka, no doubt.

He completely intercourse ed everything and everyone up, till the end, of course.

"Nothing can beat the music of hundreds of voices screaming in unison!"

To many people's detriment, I'm gonna go with Seymour  D:

While he is pretty ninnyy, I didn't really have his ways figured out until near the end. While he does have very evil intentions (see Sin) and
****ed up his dad just to further his plans
I find him to be a delirious lunatic to the point that he can't even be considered evil, just power-driven and scorned from his upbringing. And if he doesn't take most evil, he definitely takes most Damn Annoying. Talk about a recurring theme (hi Natus, Flux, Omnis D:)

Magnum

Eh, new favorite. It's from Final Fantasy 13, so spoilers are needed.
VIEW AT YOUR OWN RISK
Dysley AKA Barthandelus. Not only does he have my single favorite music track in the game, but darn do his plans take some roots. He works together with Orphan to bring life to Cocoon and bring humans to it, pampering their lives for hundreds of years. And for what reason? To kill them all, those who worshiped the fal'cie, which is what he is, to bring about 'The Creator', the one who created the fal'cie. He bends everyone to his will, forces your party to move whether they want to or not, uses anyone you even remotely saw as an ally against you, and has no problems with changing humans into cie'th. And when you think you have him, nope. He assimilates into Orphan to force your hand, yet again, to defeat it. I love it.
