Technically good, but will slow your system down to a crawl. Get Avast or MSE. Only issue with Avast is that the sounds are annoying, but disabling them takes all of 10 seconds. 5.0 also lets you disable certain sounds while leaving others on.

I've never personally tried MSE, but I've heard only good things about it. Hell, even Windows Firewall is pretty darn good now.
