This is why we need wrist straps attached at all times.

So, anyway, the topic here is: Do you know somebody close to you who has done something like this...or maybe yourself? Fortunately, it hasn't happened to me...yet.

Discuss.

I've come pretty darn close to busting my TV with my Wii Remote..that's only 'cause I'm an uncoordinated jack ass -_- lol

Here's an idea, stop doing the full motions and being an idiot. The Wii isn't that sensitive or precise. Simple generic motions are fine, no need to do a full swing.

Idiots...

Same, I have my original launch straps and have never even come close to them breaking.

Tuppy frightens me with his knowledge of legacy technology.

i don't use the wrist strap. Its purpose is to keep the parents of careless 6-year-olds from complaing about their broken tvs. and its just uncomfortable.

From watching the video, it wasn't the Wii remote which he the television, it was some poopty attachment.  So, this thread is completely pointless holy hell.  ;0

Okay, fine.

Damage seems much worse this time around.

The Riddler

I've seen one embedded in the wall. Granted, the wall was already cracked pre-Wiimote hit, but still funny to see.

I've thrown one once, but it hit a pillow. I got lucky.

SkyMyl

My Wiimote contributed to the gaping hole in the hall at my bedside.

...yeah, I'm an idiot.

Silverhawk79

I am proud to say I have never broken anything with my Wiimote flailing.

I find this amazingly hard to believe.

I am proud to also be able to claim to have never broken anything due to mad Wii flailing.

Though I did break a wireless PS2 controller out of rage.

Is something wrong with this picture?

I think he was trying to do somethign else, but then actually busts himself and the screen XD

I've hit my sister with a flying wiimote once. It was funny, because she did it to me before that.

I've also tried shaking a wet bottle of Hot Sause, and had it slip from my grasp and land on my toe. (Oww...)
