Here's my current one. The picture is centered on my desktop.

I change my wallpaper every Friday, and now that it's after midnight, here's my new desktop, since I'm choosing it now.

The funny thing is that my desktop has no icons on it at all. Since I'm using Vista, the one thing on my desktop is the Windows Sidebar that's technically above it and one "Notes" Gadget, which is a sticky note notepad. The Grim Reaper is pointing at the one "Notes" Gadget on my desktop, which is full of random things that I wrote down.

Well I got it off of /wg/ on 4chan so I wouldn't know how hard or easy it'd be to just google for it. Anyways, it isn't any trouble at all. I've linked it due to it being a fairly large image.
