I have some iPod headphones from a second gen iPod nano, and they were broken by accidental physical damage. Is there any way I could get another pair or something?

Yeah...buy new ones. The iPod headphones are crap, btw. They sound like mud and don't image all that well. $30 headphones will beat them easily.

EDIT: Basically, my point is, after you get the Nano you will really want to get new ones anyway, so you might as well do it now.

All headphones suck. I have to replace mine every few months. The only way to stop them from breaking is to buy a decent pair which can be really expensive. Good ones are too darn expensive. :0(

I don't see how people can break headphones so often. I have had the same cheap pair of headphones for over a year now. I use them every day, and I leave them in my back-pack so they probably get crushed all day. Maybe I am just getting lucky.

One thing I've found is a lot of people will lift their MP3 player from a backpack or pocket by using the cord to pull it out. This puts WAYY to much strain on the cord where it connects to the plug, and, as a result, it comes loose over time. That's how I broke headphones when I was younger, and I think it is how many people do it.
