I just got Adobe Photoshop CS2

I've been playing around with it, I used to use GIMP, and I still haven't figured out how to insert an image on top of another image. Can some one help me?

Get a new picture.

Paste one picture, and then go to Image > Flatten Image to make Picture 1 the new background. Then paste Picture 2 and transform it as you see fit.
