Can I run Half-Life 2/Garry's Mod on a computer with these specs? (BTW it's a laptop)

AMD Turion 64, dual core processor
2 GB DDR2 memory
15.4″ WXGA High-Definition HP BrightView Widescreen Display (1280 x 800)
256MB NVIDIA(R) GeForce(R) Go 7200
160GB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive
3 USB ports, ExpressCard/54 Slot, Video Out, Integrated Consumer IR, 1 RJ-11, 1 RJ-45
Windows Vista Home Premium

I can run Gaary's mod @3fps on my computer and most of your specs are at least 4x mine...

Hard drive: You have plenty more than needed
Screen: Good enough, it doesn't actually matter though
USB: Doesn't matter as long as keyboard and mouse can connect
OS: Vista supports it
RAM: I dunno, way better than mine
graphics: I dunno, way better than mine
CPU: I dunno, way better than mine

3 at minimum and up to like 10 at max. Yes, I'm serious. Try having about 700MB usable RAM, a Intel Celeron D, and no dedicated graphics card.
