Where can you test VIDEO CARDS? I NEED TO KNOW!!!!!! AHHHH

I just got this awesome deal from this dude who has a video card I want. I'm building my new computer this week and I don't have the new MOBO with PCI-E slots on it yet so I can't test the video card. He doesn't have a computer with the right slots either....I need to test it somewhere but where?

I was wondering if some place like a COMPUSA would let you bring in a video card and plug it into a system....(after all, they DO have gaming comptuer systems set-up for you to play with)
