It's not that bad, and Sgt. Pepper isn't so amazing that it's not "deserving." Sgt. Pepper is such an overrated album when you pair it up against the likes of Revolver.

I'm not saying Sgt. Pepper is the golden, defecated tunes of Christ Almighty, but that Within You Without You is actually bad enough not to belong on any CD. Well, maybe it could be in something like Alive 2007 (zing!), but anywhere else, it simply doesn't belong.

And you have to admit, there are some songs that simply don't belong in some albums. I'm sure you've listened to an album you enjoyed at least once and came across a song that nearly ruined the entire album for you.
