This script can now create CSS profile styles well, I believe (without much testing), but it doesn't have very many descriptions. It can preview the style, but only with the skin Nsider 4000. I'll do more with it tomorrow.
To fill out the info, use either a hex number (like #FFFFFF) or color name (like white) for the color entries, paste a url in the bg image boxes, choose an option from the drop-down boxes, or leave any element blank to make it be the default of your selected forum theme.
It's also not very secure yet.

I've now added:
The ability to preview in other skins (though you'll see Zero's profile instead of a blank sample one for all skins other than NS4k).
