For one that is active while you hold the zoom key:
alias +minizoom "fov_desired 75"
alias -minizoom "fov_desired 90"
bind <key> "+minizoom"

For one that toggles (like the sniper rifle zoom):
alias minizoom "mz1"
alias mz1 "fov_desired 75; alias minizoom mz2"
alias mz2 "fov_desired 90; alias minizoom mz1"
bind  <key> "minizoom"

Replace <key> with whatever you'd like it bound to, and put in your autoexec.cfg or any class config file. And these only do anything if you are using a field of view over 75 normally :p
