I really hate how I've made more than 12,000 posts here. Thankfully this swaying, moving Chandelure makes it all worth it.

So apparently The Dark Knight Rises takes place 8 years after The Dark Knight. Man, when Nolan said he wanted to end the series, he wasn't kidding.

Since the batman beyond universe was actually introduced into the mainstream continuity of the DC multiverse, 8 years isn't exactly that "long" for an ending to a Batman movie series.

but then again I doubt anyone would want to see an aging Batman.

Well, I can't think of any super hero movie series that has bothered specifying such a long gap, or one that has specified an ending for that matter.

As excited for this movie as I am, though, I'll actually be glad when the series is rebooted. I want Batman done comic-accurate on the big screen for once, with a good Robin and superpowered villains and eventually a Justice League.

I would.  I don't know who they'd cast though.  Clint Eastwood would have been perfect 10-15 years ago.  Bruce Willis doesn't seem quite old enough.

Harrison Ford would work.

On second thought

That sounds sick

Wait you want a comic accurate Batman? The movies are comic accurate. Insanely so.

No new posts in Power On in over 2 days? That's unlike you, NSFCD.
