That's how September was after a 3 newcomer month. :) I'm guessing a total of 20 newcomers. Or however many are needed to make 50 characters.

August had 3 newcomers, starting on the 1st, seperated about 10 days apart. So does October.
September has items and veterans, so November might too :P

If you think about it, Melee had about 12 newcomers...
There are already 11 on the Dojo :D
