Were you ever involved in the Nook Wars?

I was part of a mini war b4 the background thing...I call that the NOOK WAR, while the one you were in I would call the NOOK HOLY WAR!

Now, for one I COULD say he didnt have any moves....and people would say he could as he owned a fight club. My defense to that is to try and make a moveset that isn't completely physical/hand to hand. No one could...hence making him a mini Donkey Kong!

Next I would say popularity. You know how it goes. My response would be something to the effects of: "there isn't a wide enough following, at all, and they would pick someone that is even more iconic!"

This brings me to ANIMAL CROSSER! Now, I dislike AC...a lot! But if you saw my sig at NS you would know I supported an AC board?! That is b/c I respect it as a series, and I see potential for the Crosser, while I don't for Nook.

And ZOMG d00d, n00b, Nook zing da bakgrind so hee kant b plyble!

I would like to play as Copper.... At least he's a police officer. :D

I was semi-neutral, leaning mostly towards no. mostly because i really wanted animal crosser over Nook. but I still kinda wanted to see how Nook would play out.

I don't support him.  If he (or any other character from AC) makes it, I won't be upset.. but I'd prefer a lot of characters over him.

An AC character would probably be my least favorite newcomer as well as overall character in the game.

I'd try the guy out.. but.. I think it'd be a waste of a slot.  I just don't personally support him and think there's a lot more deserving and/or popular and/or "move-set friendly" characters that most people would prefer.

When I clicked this, I knew Tuppy started the thread, and possibly the war as far as I know.  I was never in the Nook Wars.

I didn't start the war, I never even posted in the Smash boards until then..... ::) :D

I don't really have a super main character.  I have a rotation of a few that I play as most but I use most everyone; it's more fun that way.  I really don't see a character I dislike to begin with from a game I don't like becoming my favorite over everyone else... I really don't believe that could even possibly happen.
