The account first came out to be Link Fan 500 but I remember banning the account for being an alt. and spam account. But when I looked deeper it came out to be a member who has no record of doing anything bad. The only offense according to the logs was advertising a religious site multiple times. The user is a good member overall. I am a bit reluctant to ban a member that overall has been good. But rest assured that something will be done about it.

Here is an offical statement you can post on Nsiderforums.net:

Nsider2 and Nsiderforums.net are at a mutual agreement not to attack each other. Nsider2 will does not allow our members to spam on NSF. That can result in a 1-3 week ban or a perma ban depending on the user's history. We do not encourage them to do this. All cases have been due to the individual's planning. We stay true to the non-aggression pact and we appreciate NSF has done the same.
