Actually TF2 does for good reason, being that it is THE most balanced Online Shooter to ever exist. And Orange Box counts, because it was bought as a whole individually wrapped package.

It's either going to be Bioshock, Halo 3 in game magazines or shows, and H-L2:EP2 or Portal to most gamers. I have only heard compliments about the latter 2 except for Portal's length. While short, it's not terribly short, there's still more to be done after you beat the singleplayer.
