Pichu

Who is Pichu?

Pichu is the pre-evolved version of Pikachu. Pichu is an electric Pokémon, and will evolve to Pikachu when it gains an experience level after reaching a certain level of happiness with its trainer.

Pichu charges itself with electricity more easily on days with thunderclouds or when the air is very dry. One can hear the crackling of static electricity coming off this Pokémon. Its cheeks are pink, and it has a small, plump body, a short tail and huge ears. When Pichu plays with others, it may short out electricity with another Pichu, creating a shower of sparks. In that event, this Pokémon will begin crying, startled by the flash of sparks, also because it's an infant.

Pichu is not yet skilled at storing electricity, and therefore it often sends out sparks when it is happy or if it has been startled. Any kind of shock causes it to discharge energy spontaneously. Despite its small size, it can zap even adult humans. However, if it does so, it also surprises itself. According to the Pokémon TV series, Pichu is so young that it often shocks itself when trying to attack an opponent.

Super smash bros.

Pichu is a clone character.
He is unlocked by accomplishing event # 30, legendary poke'mon.

His B moves are based off of Pikachu's moves.

His b move is called Thunder jolt.
Thunder Jolt is basically the same as Pikachu's -- it's a long range electric attack. All of Pichu's electrical attacks juggle and are stronger than Pikachu, but they also slightly harm himself.

His side b move is called Skull bash.
Pichu's Smash B is also almost exactly like Pikachu's Skull Bash. You can charge this move by holding B after starting the attack, and then letting go. It takes longer to charge than Pikachu, and it is also stronger. It also goes further than Pikachu's Skull Bash. But just like most of Pichu's attacks, the attack hurts himself slightly.

his up B move is called Agility.
This will control Pichu to do his triple jump that is almost the same as Pikachu's B Up Quick Attack. The only difference is that it doesn't hurt. Once you press B + Up you can control Pichu to move in two directions, but you have to have quick fingers! Some people have already been boasting about getting this to allow three different directional jumps.

and his Down B move is called Thunder.
Thunder brings down a thunderbolt down on himself and harms people within shocking distance. Once again, this is very similar to Pikachu's B Down move. The only difference is that it traps opponents in and juggles them, which does more damage.

I doubt that Pichu will return in Brawl, but hey, anything goes with this game.....

Vector's is next. :)

Pichus Up B is called Quick Attack, not Agility. Just had to point that out. Otherwise, very good.

...Friend codes were probably implemented by the same people who wanted tripping in Brawl...
...It's quite obvious...
