Halo has always been for Mac.
Halo PC came out for both OS, and they have differnt versions of demo.

if you guys are playing tommorow tell me when with xfire riosan. Also i'd buy the full version, but i'll be getting Halo 3 in 2 weeks, or you guys could link me to a torrent and key gen....
