anyone who says that Anarchy is the way to go either doesn't know what Anarchy is, or is completely absent-minded.

Anarchy would mean:

1. No schools
2. No Television
3. No Electricity
4. No court system
5. No laws
6. No jobs
7. No food delivered to the market by people who make it (why sell the food to market if you don't get any money?).
8. No corporations (McDicks, MS).
9. No Mass Transit, no traffic lights.

In other words, you'll have to hunt and gather for your food.

Pure anarchy = no government, or anything run by the government.  everyone fends for themselves.

but for a country to be in anarchy means that the government is either in turmoil or there is none, meaning that there would be lawlessness.

Well, technically, Socialism and Communism "work" in conjunction with any of the other governments you listed. But they only actually work in a democratic government(well, Socialism at least.   Communism has almost as many problems as Capitalism)

So voting Socialism and Democratic republic would work.  Socialism and Constitutional Monarchy would work(Sweden is an example).

the liberals aren't socialist.  they're central.  the NDP are socialist.
