I beat Phantom Hourglass, but...

After I watched the credits, and after watching the scene when Link and Tetra are on the ship, I tapped on my file again and I am still at the ghost ship boss.  I don't understand, why is the boss ship still there? This is my first Zelda game so if it is like in all Zelda games please tell me.

Yeah, Ocarina of Time was my first Zelda game and thats what I thought too :P

But, you can't play after the credits. When you go to your save file you will just start from where you last saved.

But if you forgot to do something or just want to explore, you can easily just sail away. The Ghost Ship will stay there ;)
