Guest account in windows XP

does turning off the guest account delete things saved in it?
Couldn't I just turn it back on and the files will come back?

Actually, it's probably one big admin account with no password set.

Turning it off, then back on doesn't delete files, it just disables the account, the files are still there, just, you can't login into the account.
