It's 364 days in most years, 365 every fourth year. We don't go by exacts like that, otherwise, you would be trick or treating about 16 hours later than you do now in Halloween of 2007.

My schools/county chooses to make Halloween the MOST strict day for dress codes out of every year. If you even have any Halloween on you, ISS. I'm not kidding, I've seen somebody get suspended for wearing a T-shirt with a Halloween-related design on it.

funny, we're allowed to wear any costume we want. the day after a bomb threat.

60 kilometres away, they're not allowed to wear ANY costume ANY TIME, because they could conceal weapons.
