MP3 on hyper with 1 energy tank isn't that hard so far... but I'm just about to knock heads with the first leviathan seed boss. >_<

MP1 is hard, yes, but only if you're going for a 23% game.  it's ridiculous if you go for a 22%, or an alt 22%.

the gameplay itself isn't hard if you allow yourself to get pickups.  However, if you're skipping items, that's where the game gets difficult.

MP2 wasn't hard in any way, shape or form, aside from boosty.

boosty is easier if you can figure out a good strategy for it, but really, that's the one really hard thing in the game.  Boosty is harder than all of the other bosses in the game.
