How... dreadfully pathetic. It is the parent's duty to monitor their child's activities, not the government, ESRB, or retailers. It has generally been accepted that in the US, games are protected under the first amendment, and only the parent has ultimate say in their child's access. Besides, using your child in sting operations against retailers? The man is insane. :|
