the only time Link talked that was good was in Wind Waker when he said "Come on" this other then little things like that are ok but other wise NO!

Verdict: I think that Link should never talk.
Reason: I believe that when gamers are playing a Legend of Zelda game they get so into it they feel that they are the character, So if Link talked that could ruin that bond.

It would break tradition. I rather like the idea of him being mute. I know he's really not, but thinking of him being part of the death community makes him unique.

Exactly. They tried having Link talk once before and it didn't work out one bit.

I think link should never talk it would ruin the game...(For me it would anyway.)
