Weird. Your settings look fine. Are you attempting to play right now? If not, try again right now. I'll see if I can hear anything by actually downloading the play file and loading it on Winamp.

Edit:: I remember there was a radio show I used to hang out at. It had to do something with Skype and a call to the media player or something.  I'll try and research.
