My school's server got hacked.

It's been down all day.
according to the yearbook/my social studies teach, someone got in yesterday and put a virus on the network.
internets down, teachers can't get to grades/work, most computers are dead for some reason, and our tech people don't know what to do.

thing is, all the yearbook stuff that the yearbook staff has worked on over the past few months was on there.
they have an external HD, but they're too stupid to back stuff up.
