I always find these kinds of threads amusing.  Most users have no idea what it takes to be an Admin or a Mod.  They just like the power.  

Personally I like the staff that we have currently here.  The site is VERY slow so there is no need to add anymore staff.  If it suddenly started to get busy around here and new staff was needed I have no idea who here would make good staff.  You would want someone that is active, impartial, patient, tolerate, balanced, not overly emotional, mature, responsible, and trustworthy.  Those are some good qualities to start off with at least.  Then of course you would prefer someone with experience.  So it's not easy to just pick who would be good for the job.  You also have to consider personality.  Will the person get along with and work well with current staff.  Communication is key in running a good staff.

LOL I'm the Head Admin on Nsider2 and I've owned sites in the past.  Plus I have 8 years of Management from Banks to large offices.  I should know somethings.  Yet with a slow form like this you don't need many staff.  Really there are about 50 active users it seems.  Out of the active users there seems there are 10 staff members about.  So what that means every 4 members needs to have a staff member to watch them? Na, that's a bit much :P

I'm sure there are users that would make great staff.  I know if I was in charge I would just make a list of those good users and then when the time came that more staff was needed I would use them.  Now LKs are fine to add.  It's a good start position for new staff.  If there is a VERY active board.  Power On doesn't need one because it seems most of the staff are Power On goers anyways.  So you really need to look at the boards and think about which ones would need to be covered by a mod.  No need to go crazy on the LKs :P
